Every Little Thing
For the two of you

Who made dinner? Who booked the doctor? Who got up with the kids?

Everything you do. Finally seen.

A lot of what we do for the people we love goes unnoticed. The laundry. The planning. The hundred little things that keep life moving. Here, they all count.

Every Little Thing is an app for couples: add the things you do for each other in one tap, your partner sees them and adds their own, and once a week you look back at it all together.

The first two weeks are free. No card, nothing to cancel. After that, one plan covers the two of you.

No winners. No losers. Never a scoreboard.

The two of you

Naturally balanced

17 of 20 hearts this week, between you

Maya
9 hearts · 5 moments
Jordan
8 hearts · 4 moments

These numbers are here to help the two of you notice each other, not to keep score.

This week, between you

  • Cooked dinner · JordanThanked
  • Listened when it was hard · MayaThanked
  • Took the early drop-off · Maya

Each moment is weighed for your couple: one, two or three hearts, decided by the app. Your partner never grades you, and you never grade yourself.

The thing this is for

“I do so much. Why don’t you see it?”

Sometimes the problem is not that your partner doesn’t care. They simply don’t see everything you do. None of it is hidden on purpose. It just happens while they’re in another room, and never gets mentioned again.

One of you carries more than anyone sees

The laundry. The planning. The kids. The errands. The running list in your head that never gets written anywhere. It is real work, and it is invisible from the couch.

The fight is never about the dishes

It is about the twenty things that happened around the dishes, none of which were said out loud at the time.

Gratitude runs out on the daily things first

The dinner that happens every night is the one that stops being seen. The effort does not stop.

Every Little Thing makes those invisible things visible. It won’t referee. Nothing here settles an argument. The small things simply stop going missing, and once a week the two of you sit down and look at everything you both did.

How it works

Three small steps. None of them homework.

It has to fit inside a real Tuesday. So adding a moment is one tap, thanks is one tap, and the only part that takes real time is the ten minutes a week you spend together.

  1. Step 1

    Add the little things

Did something for your partner, your home, your kids, your life together? Tap it and it is written down. Your own words always fit.

The app weighs each moment for your couple: one to three hearts. Nobody grades anybody.

  2. Step 2

Your partner adds theirs, and sees yours

What you did shows up in their app the same day, weighed and named. Saying thanks is one tap, and it is how you find out you were seen.

No confirming, no rating, no homework. It counts the moment you write it down.

  3. Step 3

Once a week, look back together

Everything you both did, in one place: what stood out, what was hard, and the one thing each of you most valued. You might be surprised how much was happening that you never noticed.

Your answers stay private until both of you have written yours. A private note never crosses at all.

The third one is where most check-ins quietly fall apart. If you want the questions and the order that keep it alive, we wrote the weekly check-in down. It works on paper.

What counts

Six kinds of showing up.

Fifty-three things you can tap, across six categories. The chores, yes, but also the listening, planning the trip, the warm word at the right moment. A relationship is made of more than errands, so the list is too.

And if what you did is not on the list, write it down anyway. Your own words always count.

  • Home & responsibilities
Chores, errands, and keeping the household running
  • Emotional support
Listening, reassuring, showing up when it's hard
  • Time together
Walks, evenings in, dates, and trips
  • Care
Small kindnesses and practical help for your partner
  • Romance & closeness
Gestures, surprises, and warm words for each other
  • Relationship growth
Talking about goals, planning, working on “us”

Every category also takes your own words. The thing you did that no list saw coming still counts.

The line this product holds

It is not a competition.

No winners. No losers. No “I did more than you.” The hearts are a way to say: “I see what you do.” And sometimes that changes everything.

Keeping score does real damage in a relationship. So most of the work in this app went into making sure these hearts never become a way to win. The rules live in the code, not in a promise.

We wrote the long version of why: on keeping score in a relationship: what it actually is, why proving it backfires, and five things that help. It is useful even if you never sign up.

There is no winner

The week shows both of you side by side, never ranked. No leaderboard, no streaks, no red alerts, no down arrows. The app has nowhere to even store who is “ahead.” That number doesn’t exist in it.

Every heart is explainable

Open any moment and it says why it weighs what it does, in one plain sentence. If a number can’t be explained, it doesn’t belong in a relationship.

Numbers can be put away

Quiet mode turns off totals and the gap between you, for both of you, in one switch. The explanations stay. Comparison is the part you can turn off.

Private until it is mutual

Neither of you sees the other’s review answers until both have written them, so nobody is answering a question they have already read the reply to. A private note stays with its author forever.

Nobody grades anybody

The hearts are the app's reading of what a moment took. Never your partner's verdict on you, and never yours on them. You can privately tell the app about your life so the weighing fits your couple; your partner never sees what you wrote.

Either of you can change a setting, and both of you see it

Shared settings do not need permission and do not happen quietly. Every change is written to a log the two of you read.

Hearts count what got done, never how much you care. That sentence is on every screen in the app that shows a number.

Pricing

One plan. The first two weeks are free.

No card to start, nothing to cancel. The first two weeks are simply yours. After that, one subscription covers the pair: whichever of you pays, both of you get everything, and the app never shows which of you it was. Monthly or yearly; the exact price is shown before anything is charged, never after.

Every Little Thing

The whole thing, for the two of you.

  • Add a moment in one tap. Your partner sees it the same day
  • Every moment weighed for your own couple, one to three hearts
  • Three suggestions a week, drawn from your own record
  • The weekly review: ten quiet minutes, once a week, together
  • Your whole history, every week you have ever kept
  • Your own words come back as a button you can tap next week
  • Export everything as CSV or JSON

When the free weeks end, everything you added is kept and the subscription opens it back up. Nothing is deleted, ever. Canceling later leaves the plan running until the period you already paid for runs out.

There is no cut-down version and no upsell waiting inside. What you see here is the product, all of it.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Something else on your mind? Write to us. You do not need an account to do it.

Is this a way to prove I do more?

No. It’s built so it can’t become one. The week is labeled at the level of the couple, both of you appear in a fixed order, and nothing in the app ranks the two of you. If you arrive wanting a verdict, you’ll find the app quietly unhelpful. That’s deliberate.

Do we both need an account?

Yes, one account each. The simplest way: make yours, then send your partner an invitation link, which walks them through the rest. If they already have an account, share a connect code or a QR and they approve it from their side.

What if my partner won't use an app like this?

You can start alone. Solo mode lets one person keep the week for two: what you did, and what you noticed your partner do. If your partner joins later, the two of you start your first shared week together, and everything you wrote stays readable.

Who decides how many hearts something is worth?

The app does: one, two or three, weighed for your couple in particular. Your partner never grades you and you never grade yourself. You can privately tell the app a little about your life so the weighing fits; your partner never sees what you wrote.

Can my partner read my private notes?

Never. A private note is sent only to the person who wrote it, and that rule lives in one place in the code so it cannot be forgotten in a new screen. Weekly review answers are private in both directions until both of you have submitted.

What happens in a bad week?

Nothing scolds you. There are no streaks to break, no red states, and the reminder for your review day can be switched off in one click. A quiet week is read as a quiet week, not as a failure.

Do I need a card to try it?

No. The first two weeks are free with no card and nothing to cancel. When they end, everything you added is kept, and one subscription for the pair opens it back up. The exact price is shown before anything is charged.

Who pays?

Either of you, once, for the pair. There is no owner and no separate account, and the app never shows which of you paid.

Can we delete everything?

Yes, from settings, without writing to anyone. The export is yours too: CSV or JSON, any time.

Love is made of little things.

Most relationships are not built on big romantic moments. They are built on coffee made in the morning, a school pickup, dinner after a long day, a hug when everything feels like too much. Those things matter. Make them visible, starting with this week.
