The weekly check-in
Answer on your own. Do not read the other sheet until you have both finished.
First, before anything else — guess.
Write both numbers now. Do not look at any record of the week, and do not discuss them yet.
1.What went well this week — for us, not for you?
2.What did I do this week that made things easier for you?
3.What was heaviest for you this week?
4.Was there anything you needed and did not ask for?
5.What is one thing I could take off you next week?
6.Is anything coming that means next week is not a normal week?
Last, out loud: name one specific thing the other person did that mattered. Specific — not “everything you do”.
The gap between your guesses and the week is the point, and it usually runs the same direction for both of you. It is a surprise about your own estimate, not about your partner. · everylittle.app/weekly-check-in
